A process is a chain your team starts again and again (order dispatch, new customer onboarding, complaint handling). Make it once here; anyone starts it from Team feed β β Process.
Negative marking: 0 = everything done on time, β100 = everything missed. Each score is the average of the tasks due in the period. Most negative = biggest bottleneck (shown first; β30 or worse in red).
On the weekly off, a holiday, or a person's approved leave, recurring tasks are not created for that day and can never count as missed.
